-Interpersonal skills: I can be really friendly and outgoing
-Conflict resolution: While I can be stubborn, I am typically very easygoing and can handle conflict.
-Technical knowledge: In general, I am good with computers and DAW software, enabling me to produce high-quality content.
-Musical knowledge: I have a basic understanding of chord structure, timing, and things necessary to make a good sounding melody.
Technical ear: I have a good ear for a well-balanced mix, making it easier to put together a quality track.

My friend Ben: Says that my technological experience is pretty good, and even claims I have some radio-worthy projects. In addition, he credits me with being able to break down most barriers between people in a way that allows them to open up.

My mom: Says it seems to be a great business idea, and is somewhat original. She claims that my social strengths definitely reside in bravery and openness in conversation, being to the point and getting what I need. She says my greatest weaknesses in business may fall in my communication style, often resorting to slang and stuttering with ums and uhhs.

My friend Zach: Claims that I have an intuitive talent for music production, although sometimes it can be hard to get a point across to me. My conflict handling style can sometimes be not ideal, but usually I am open to others thoughts and opinions.

My sister: Says she really likes my music and believes that I could go far with this business, although socially I have some things I need to work on. I can be difficult to get to and communicate with, and sometimes while I can handle conflict well in the moment, I can take it to heart and let it get to me later on. I tend to hold grudges, even if in the moment I seem easygoing and not affected by conflict at all.

My friend Reetta: Reetta was very sweet and generous with her interview. She claims that I tend to be the peacemaker in many conflicts and have really good social skills, and am very friendly. She doesn't seem to have any negatives to say about my social and personal skills. While she does claim to like my music, it seems to be limited to only pop which is true. This may prove to limit me severely when it comes to making a variety of music for a variety of people.

3) Reflection
I've always seen myself as awkward, hot-headed, and shy. The fact that others can sometimes see me as outgoing, peaceful, and brave is the biggest surprise to me. While my sister, who arguably knows me the best out of anybody, sees the side of me more accurate with my self-vision, it is possible that it's because that is the side she gets the most often. When I am at home, I do not tend to put much effort into communication, usually focusing on Facebook or some other distraction.

Hi Heather, your friends and family offered such a variety of responses to the prompt, you must have many strong facets to your personality. Their feedback could be useful I'm sure, particularly when they commented on what could be considered your limitations, it was good they felt they could be honest with you. Your interviews were more focused on this entrepreneurship project than others that I have listened to (including my own). That was a smart approach.

Hi Heather, you seem to have great technical and musical skills according to all your interviews, which is extremely useful for your business idea. Your friends and family definitely provided some good insight into your social skills and personality traits that can be really useful. I know when I heard my friends' comments it made me think about a lot that I could work on that I didn't even realize I was doing.
