My idea for my business startup, at this point in time, is a low-budget high-quality system for producing music demos. This includes songs, albums, soundtracks, etc.. The issue with many modern studio setups is that they can be very pricey, and this strongly discourages people from enlisting in these services. A middle-ground of low-end music production is an opportunity to attract many customers in Gainesville in the meantime, I believe.

ReplyDeleteI had the same general idea for my business! It would mail equipment to consumers and link them with professional musicians. Because of this, I have to charge a premium price point and target middle class music enthusiasts and creators. Your idea would serve another sector of indie artists and casual music makers. I like that you’d keep it local in the Gainesville area. The arts scene here is pretty large.
